Marzitelli is Ottawa’s Supper Club offering an unforgettable nightlife experience, combining performances by the city’s best musicians with world class dining in an elegant setting. Located on historic Elgin Street in Centretown Ottawa, the club is fast becoming known as the city's living room, a home away from home for music professionals and audiences alike. With pre-show dinner offered nightly from 5pm, Marzitelli has set a new culinary standard for Ottawa entertainment venues.
Inspired by his musician French father and the cooking of his Italian mother (who happens to be our namesake), Marzitelli head chef/co-owner Christopher Michaud-Marzitelli has had 2 jobs in his life; make food…and make music.
Having split his career as a professional chef and professional musician, Christopher has successfully folded his 2 great life passions into one intimate setting. Known for contemporary takes on Italian and French classics, Marzitelli is the full package; great food in a great setting with gracious service. On the stage sits Christopher’s baby grand piano and it isn’t uncommon to see him come out of the kitchen after dinner service to enjoy a few cocktails with the guests while playing well-known hits. Often, guests are also entertained by one of his many musical friends invited as performers.
Christopher's partner Fei handles the bar and provides great renditions of classic cocktails and specializes in custom house favourites. Ask about her Amaretto Sour or Fei's Negroni!
